Work / 06 Top 3 global hardware companies
One of the world’s top three hardware companies ran its channel loyalty programme across disconnected tools. We built an admin dashboard that brings analytics, promotions, distributors, rewards, invoice checks and campaigns into one place.

The brief
What they came to us with.
The programme rewarded distributors and partners for sales, but each part of it lived somewhere different: promotions in one tool, invoices in another, communication through ad-hoc messages.
The company wanted its programme team to see performance, launch a promotion, check an invoice and message participants from one dashboard, with each person seeing only what their role allows.
Constraints
- Role-based access for every user
- Invoices validated before points are awarded
- Campaigns by SMS, WhatsApp and email
- Look and feel configurable for each market
Before and after
What actually changed.
From a programme held together by tools to one run from one place.
What we did
What the dashboard does.
- 01
Give each role the right view
The dashboard groups the programme into modules: analytics, promotions, distributors, rewards, invoices and campaigns. Role-based access shows each person only the modules their job needs.

Check the invoice before the points
Points are only awarded after an invoice has been validated against the programme’s rules. Clean invoices pass straight through, and exceptions go to an administrator with the reason attached.

See the programme at a glance
The overview screen shows points issued, active distributors and pending invoices, with the promotions running now. A theme setting changes colours and branding for each market without touching code.

What we would tell the next team
- Automatic checks for the easy invoices freed administrators to look properly at the hard ones.
- Role-based views mattered more than extra features, because most users needed three screens.
- Per-market themes were cheap to build early and expensive to retrofit.
