Recognizing the client’s need for a comprehensive and efficient financial assistance platform, GrowthGear developed a solution that addressed all core components. The solution was divided into several key areas: User Web Application, Administration Dashboard, and Product Website.

User Web Application

The user web application was designed to enable prospective students to register, log in, and submit detailed applications for financial assistance.

  • Register Users sign up using their personal phone number, which is verified via an OTP service.
  • Login Users log in using the registered phone number and OTP.
  • User Dashboard A personalized dashboard allows users to create new loan applications, access submitted applications, and edit profile details.
  • Create New Application Users submit preliminary details such as country of study, university, course, and personal details including academic scores, identification information, and financial information.
  • Co-Signer Details Users provide co-signer information, including personal and financial details.
  • Completion Screen Users receive a success message upon completing the application process.

Administration Dashboard

The administration dashboard was built to streamline the operations team’s workflow, allowing them to view, process, and manage the received applications.

  • User Analytics and Reports Visualizations of total users, desktop vs. mobile users, monthly trends, and detailed user reports with metrics on invoices, units sold, points earned, and promo participation.

The goal was to develop a chatbot that could simplify the meeting scheduling process, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Introduction

The client, a major government entity, aimed to improve the user experience of its intranet platform by introducing a meeting assistant chatbot powered by the state-of-the-art Llama 3 large language model. This AI assistant was designed to be the go-to partner for users, helping them schedule meetings based on their prompts, thereby streamlining the process and reducing the burden on users.

Solution Overview & Methodology

Recognizing the client’s need for an intuitive and efficient meeting scheduling solution, GrowthGear embarked on a transformative journey to build a meeting assistant chatbot. By harnessing the power of advanced generative AI, we created a tool that simplified the scheduling process and enhanced user experience.

The pre-trained Llama3 model is highly efficient and powerful, but it required fine-tuning to accommodate the specific needs of a chatbot. We fine-tuned the model with context-based learning, which boosted its understanding of the tasks it needed to perform, increasing efficiency and accuracy.

The intranet platform consists of various meeting platforms. To integrate these platforms, we fine-tuned the LLM to generate custom payloads that satisfied the parameters of individual meeting platforms. This ensured seamless integration and compatibility with multiple platforms.

To allow multiple users to interact with the chatbot simultaneously, we applied cron jobs. This enabled each user to converse with the chatbot about their meeting prompts, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

To enhance the user experience, we designed a free-flowing UI in ReactJS, managed by the Redux toolkit to maintain the context of the conversation with the chatbot. The UI was easy, simple, and efficient to use, catering to a large pool of users.

The project required leveraging the Whisper Large V3 model to deliver high-accuracy transcriptions while ensuring scalability, minimal latency, and seamless integration with the existing infrastructure.

Recognizing the client’s need for advanced transcription capabilities, GrowthGear embarked on a transformative journey to build a robust and scalable transcription pipeline. By harnessing the power of the Whisper Large V3 model and advanced microservices architecture, we ensured high-quality transcriptions and efficient resource management.

Architecture

The architecture was designed to be highly scalable and efficient, leveraging microservices, distributed processing, and advanced load balancing techniques.

The transcription pipeline was built using a microservice architecture to ensure modularity and scalability. Each microservice handled specific tasks such as audio ingestion, preprocessing, transcription, and post-processing.

Audio streams from video meetings were ingested in real-time using a Kafka-based message queue system. This ensured reliable and scalable data streaming.

Audio data was preprocessed to enhance quality and normalize variations in volume and background noise. This step was crucial for improving transcription accuracy.

The Whisper Large V3 model was deployed on a Kubernetes cluster to handle the transcription process. Each instance of the model processed audio segments in parallel, allowing for high concurrency and efficient utilization of resources.

Transcribed text was post-processed to correct common errors, punctuate sentences, and format the output according to client specifications.

- After post-processing, the transcribed text went through a summarization engine where the Llama3 model, based on its context-based learning, summarized the transcribed text. This provided users with a crisp summary of long meetings.
 
- Additionally, an action points generator was created to keep the events in the meeting on track. Based on the context of the meeting, it generated action points and minutes of the meeting, helping users keep their agendas on track.
Advanced load balancing techniques were implemented using Kubernetes' horizontal pod autoscale to dynamically allocate resources based on the current load, ensuring smooth scaling during peak times.

The Implementation Journey

The implementation of the Speech to Text Using Whisper Model Assistant for a Major Government Entity involved a meticulous approach to ensure seamless integration and high accuracy. Our team at GrowthGear focused on fine-tuning the Whisper Large V3 model to accommodate diverse accents and languages, integrating various meeting platforms, and implementing advanced load balancing techniques using Kubernetes. This structured methodology ensured a robust and scalable transcription platform that met the client's requirements. To address Client’s data challenges, GrowthGear developed the Data Expert, a cutting-edge generative AI-powered platform. This innovative solution transformed the way the client interacted with data, empowering users to extract valuable insights with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

At the core of the Data Expert is a state-of-the-art large language model (LLM) fine-tuned on a massive dataset of SQL queries and business language. This LLM enables users to interact with the platform using natural language, eliminating the need for complex SQL queries.

To enhance the Data Expert’s capabilities, we incorporated a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) system. This technology enables the platform to access and process vast amounts of data, ensuring that responses are comprehensive and relevant.
